2fact.io numbers may only be used for legitimate authentication and verification purposes. You must only use numbers for accounts you own, manage, or have been authorized to administer. Any attempt to use numbers for fraud, evading bans, impersonation, harassment, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Numbers provisioned through 2fact.io remain owned by our telecom providers. You are granted temporary usage rights while your subscription remains active. Numbers may be reclaimed due to regulatory or compliance requirements.
2fact.io does not share your data with third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver SMS services (telecom routing partners). All inbound messages are securely stored and visible only within your organization dashboard.
SMS messages are stored for up to 90 days unless deleted earlier by the organization. Message logs beyond that are permanently purged and are not recoverable.

Some countries require identity verification (KYC/KYB) before provisioning numbers. If required, we will inform you and help you complete the compliance steps.
We reserve the right to suspend service if we detect suspicious activity that violates telecom or regulatory requirements. We will notify your organization before termination unless immediate action is required.
